We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel. Our spacious room had wrap-around windows with minimal street noise. The breakfast offered basic options and great cappuccino. we recommend Unahotels.

Efficient organization of airport transfers for large group with luggage and wheelchair. Friendly and helpful staff who remembered guest preferences and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, situated between the two most popular tourist destinations, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, which made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

One minor issue was the inability to deadbolt the door due to it being slightly off alignment. the noise from the trams passing by could be heard despite the double pane windows, although it didn't bother me too much.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right at the Castle and opposite castle park. It is so close to everything, with all the major attractions within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast offers a generous buffet, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel also has a private parking area and a bar that serves delicious Italian snacks.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, just a short walk to many restaurants, the main shopping avenue leading to the city center, and close to a train station where we could pick up an express train to the airport. The hotel facilities were great and impeccably clean. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's tastes. Most importantly, the staff were helpful and friendly, and they were pretty good too make sure we had a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right between the two most popular tourist destinations, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the service here was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the mini-bar. The sitting area provided a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

That the staff had some difficulty understanding our basic requests. Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with the castle just across the street. It is also very convenient for transportation, being close to Cadorna train station and the tram stop. The spacious and bright rooms offer a comfortable stay, while the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The friendly and accommodating staff make sure that all needs are met. Moreover, the breakfast room provides stunning views of the lively city, making it a great way to start the day.

There were limited vegetarian options available for dinner.
